Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original celestial packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.
Affix Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
