How long does it take for my personalized candle to ship?
Because each candle is custom-poured and printed specifically for your birth date, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships via standard ground delivery.
What kind of wax and fragrance oils do you use?
We use a premium all-natural soy and coconut wax blend paired with custom-blended fragrance oils designed to match the unique personality traits of each zodiac sign.
Can I return a custom Birthdate Candle?
Since our candles are custom-made for specific dates, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been handcrafted and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes! You can add a personalized gift message during the checkout process, which will be printed on the packing slip without any pricing information included.
